Overview
This winery, built in 1905 with structure dating back to 1870, is dripping with history. Hops were a major cash crop in this area through the 19th and early 20th centuries. In order to process hops, you need a hops dryer or a 'Hop Kiln', thusly, here stands this 3 story stone building complimented by ancient redwood timbers... the latter of which was supplied by the Randall Family, home to local legend Bernadette Randall aka "Big Red". Taste the wines, take the tour, peruse the impreesive shop for fine foods... there's so much going on here you'll want to slow down spend some time.
